To change the base line and realign a linear, arc, or line string form accordingly

Clear all settings in the Modify Form Orientation tool settings window.
Select the Modify Form Orientation tool.
Identify a linear, arc, or line string form. A red arrowhead appears, pointing along the axis of the form’s placement and in the direction of the orientation, and appears next to the form’s base line, which is the side aligned with the placement point.
Turn on Side. The arrow shifts to the opposite side indicating base line change.
Turn on Shift Form.
Accept the selection with a data point. The form shifts to the opposite side, aligning along the new base line.
